Our Story

VVCDC was founded on the vision of Dr. Betty Price, who imagined a Vermont Corridor defined by opportunity, dignity, and pride. Her dream was a thriving community where families could feel safe, businesses could grow, and residents could build lasting futures.

Today, VVCDC carries that vision forward by working alongside residents, partners, and local organizations to address systemic challenges while uplifting the strengths that already exist within the community.
